Shipping within India.
We offer free shipping for all orders within India through registered courier companies.

For deliveries within India, taxes and duties are included in the price of the products listed on the Webshop.

International Shipping

We offer shipping for all orders through registered courier companies at a nominal price depending on the country.

For deliveries outside India, custom duties and local taxes are not included in your order, and are over and above any shipping and handling charges paid at checkout.These have to be paid by the customer to our shipping partner (DHL, Fedex, Aramex etc.) at the time of shipment delivery. The amount of duties and taxes depend on the Custom policies of your destination country.

Incase our shipping partner is unable to deliver the shipment due to non-receipt by consignee or incorrect contact details and address (as provided by the customer) and the shipment is returned to us in India, the cost of custom duties, local taxes and shipment return are to be paid by the customer.

We strive to adhere to our shipping timelines; however, unforeseen circumstances such as public holidays or logistic delays or any influencer collaborations may occasionally extend delivery times. We appreciate your understanding and patience in such situations.

Returns Policy

Meer Official offers made-to-order products based on customers' preferences and measurements; hence, we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange once the order is placed. However, if a size issue arises, we are happy to make alterations to the existing garment. To learn more, please read our Alteration policy. No returns and refunds are accepted on sale products.

In the event of dissatisfaction with the garment's quality, please reach out to us below, and we will ensure to resolve this to the best of our ability.

For an item to qualify for exchange please ensure the returned item(s) are unworn and in perfect condition.

Alteration Policy

In the event of a sizing issue concerning a product, we will be happy to make the required alterations to the existing product; however, the charges for these alterations would have to be borne by the customer.

Our handcrafted products are considered to be ready-to-wear, in case of any fitting or any alterations other than size chart measurements will be chargeable.

We love when our customers reach out to us with their customizations, we will be happy to deliver them within a time span of 15-20 working days, reach out to us on WhatsApp Customer care.

The return of the garment will be the customer’s responsibility, and any associated charges will also need to be borne by the customer.

In case there are any sizing or measurement issues on our end, we would be happy to investigate the matter and resolve it accordingly.

Faulty/Damaged Orders

Returns of faulty items will only be accepted if the goods were faulty when delivered to you. At Meer Official, we make every effort to ensure the quality of our products. All items returned as faulty will be inspected upon receipt, and any items deemed to be subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. If a replacement is in stock and available, we will replace the faulty item.

Returns of faulty goods must be sent back to us within 7 days of being received, accompanied by a detailed email to info.meerofficial@gmail.com

If a replacement cannot be offered, you will have the choice of receiving a credit note or a refund to your card for the value of the item at the time of purchase. Please note that refunds can take up to 30 days and are subject to regulations.

Unforeseen Delays

Please note that our delivery timeline does not include unforeseen delays due to natural disasters, war, calamity, epidemics or situations outside of our control. In such circumstances, your order will be processed and dispatched after our production and supply chain resumes smoothly when any of the above events have passed.
