What materials do you use?
Our luxury handcrafted sets are made with high-quality cotton and silk fabrics such as Chanderi, Modal, Cotton, which are known for their softness, breathability, and durability.
What makes your sets "luxury"?
One of our core values at Meer Official is thoughtfulness, and each product that we offer, through design innovation, experimentation and a deep understanding of your needs, our designers ensure to include great comfort, style, and versatility of the outfit.
We also develop our own surfaces using techniques like appliqué, and other surface ornamentations. These beautiful developed fabrics are then stitched into wearable clothing. Thereby, requiring utmost care in handling and maintaining, making it imperative to be gentle with all Meer Official’s Clothing. All the fabrics and materials that we use are carefully chosen after long periods of testing to ensure utmost comfort for any occasion, office day or lounging. The fabrics we use are sourced only from the best Indian manufacturers that follow fair, sustainable and ethical practices during manufacturing, and dying processes. And you cannot miss our close attention to details including the fit, finish, and design. Each piece reminds you to pause and celebrate life with detailing hand craftsmanship.
How do I care for my Hand-Made Set?
At Meer, the garments are handmade and hand embroidered with very fine delicate materials, using only pure fabrics like silks, chiffons, organza, chanderi, crepe and 100 % cotton. We also develop our own surfaces using techniques like appliqué, and other surface ornamentations. These beautiful developed fabrics are then stitched into wearable clothing. Thereby, requiring utmost care in handling and maintaining, making it imperative to be gentle with all Meer Official’s Clothing.
Since most of the clothing is handmade, hand dyed and hand embroidered we strictly recommend DRY CLEAN ONLY for a few wears.
We also recommend only Steam Ironing your clothes to maintain the freshness and texture of the product.
The garments should also be stored in a cotton bag, the one that comes with your order, away from dust and sunlight for a long healthy life.
Please do not store your garments in a Moist Environment.
We do not guarantee color bleeding caused due to machine or hand washing.

SHIPPING & RETURNS
When can I expect my order?
Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the products that you purchase. Generally, all the ready to ship orders within India should arrive within 8-10 business days, while international orders may take longer. Some of our products are made to order and might take 12 to 15 business days to arrive. Check on the product page for product specific shipping time.
After your purchase, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Business days are Monday to Friday with exceptional days such as festivals, and national holidays.
Can I return or exchange my order?
We’re currently enjoying 100% consumer satisfaction and 0% returns.
Meer Official offers made-to-order products based on customers' preferences and measurements; hence, we cannot offer a refund or exchange once the order is placed. However, if a size issue arises, we are happy to make alterations to the existing garment. To learn more, please read our Alteration policy. No returns and refunds are accepted on sale products.
Returns or exchanges are accepted only incase of damage, wrong sizing, or wrong order being shipped.
I want my order to be shipped earlier than usual delivery timelines, is it possible?
If you’d like to request early shipping, chat with us and we will try our best to accommodate your orders. We might charge additional shipping for the express delivery depending on your location.

Sustainability has been a practice that is deeply rooted with all of us at Meer Official, We consciously incorporate and follow these practices from designing through manufacturing and shipping.
We thoughtfully design, and manufacture our products ensuring minimal wastage, and opting sustainable materials.
Our Made to order production process lets us work with very minimal wastage during production.
Our packaging is made with as much love as our products with zero plastic, and biodegradable packaging.
We believe sustainability as a practice is a journey that only progresses each day. As we continue to grow, we also evolve in terms of our practices.
